  • How do I book?
    Book your photobooth package by contacting us through the form on our home page, emailing contact@calicoevent.com, or text/call 805-769-6991. A 10% deposit and signed service agreement contract is required the day of your booking and final payment is due the day of your event. Tax is not included in the quoted package price. We accept all major credit cards and forms of payment. Payment plans are available if needed leading up to your event.
  • My venue is outdoors, can I have the photobooth outside?
    Yes! We love outdoor events. We may not always be able to accommodate your event for severe weather, however, light wind or drizzle shouldn't be a problem. If needed, we can provide a 10x10 pup up cover for the booth. After your photobooth package is booked, we will monitor the weather and keep in constant communication with you or your coordinator.
  • Do I need to provide electrical?
    All photobooth packages require power. For an optimal, seamless experience, an electrical power source is best. However, we can provide solar power bank generators to run the photobooth and printer for up to 6 hours at no additional cost. Just let us know when booking your rental!
  • Do I need to provide WiFi?
    While wifi is not required, it does greatly improve the guest experience. For digital photobooth packages (assets sent via email, sms, or airdrop), assets may be sent after the event. For packages including printed images and photo strips, our printer is hard-lined into the booth and assets will be printed immediately. We may also be able to provide a wireless hot spot for up to 6 hours at an additional cost. Just let us know when booking your package options.
  • What happens after my event?
    Once your event is over, we will send you a personal link to the full gallery of assets. All photobooth package options include access to the images, gifs, boomerangs, and/or videos from your event. You may chose to share this gallery with your guests in the event they did not get a copy of their asset.
  • Is there a delivery fee?
    We do not charge any delivery or set-up/clean-up fees.
  • Will someone be at my event to run the photobooth?
    Yes! 1-2 attendants will be present throughout the duration of your event. Attendants are responsible for set-up, clean-up, and making sure your guests are getting the most out of their photobooth experience! If you have any special requests, let us know while booking your photobooth rental.
  • What is the cancelation policy?
    We provide a full refund (minus a processing fee) if the event is canceled 72 hours before the event start time. If cancelation does not occur within at least 72 hours refund will not be provided. Unless, its due to weather conditions. Nonetheless, we will give the opportunity to reschedule for another date if schedule permits.
  • Do I need to provide props or backdrops?
    We have a wide assortment of props and backdrops for events of any kind! Let us know the theme of your event and we will help you design the perfect photobooth experience for your guests. If you chose to use your own backdrop or props, let us know while booking your rental package.
